Things are moving right along. Here is update on the progress:
- The driveway was poured earlier this week (Tuesday)
- Lights are in
- Granite installed (and I LOVE IT)!!
- Dishwasher and Range in the house but not yet installed. They accidentally dropped the microwave and refrigerator off as well but will have to come back and pick those up until the floors are installed
- Vinyl is put down in the secondary bathrooms (will be changing out as soon as we move in)
We have received our appraisal and everything is good. I stopped by the SR office today and was informed that another price increase took place today (3K). The base price is now 9K more than the base price when I signed in Dec.

Love the granite! Looks good!
ReplyDeleteWow, looks great! We ended up going with the St Cecilia too, it looks great. I really like that brick too. Is that Sugar Creek?
ReplyDeleteThanks, it's grand caramel.
DeleteLooks amazing!! How exciting!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! It won't be long. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteBEAUTIFUL! LOVE the brick you chose!

Thanks, it's grand caramel.
DeleteIt's beautiful. Did you see the 4 birds on your roof? I'm sure they are blessing your home.
ReplyDeleteThanks...I saw the birds as I was leaving. Hopefully, they won't leave too big of a mess.
DeleteIt's beautiful! And that brick is awesome! I missed that one!
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous home, I dont remember liking the Verona's much when they were presented to us, but looking at yours I love it ")
ReplyDeleteOh and our next phase, our Savoy is $20,000.00 more!! Can you believe that one!?
Wow, that's AWESOME! Prices will definitely increase over the summer. Our community is growing so fast the developer can't even keep up with demand.
DeleteCongrats on the appraisal coming through! I love the brick front and granite/cabinet color combination, especially with the SS appliances! We've also been watching the base price in our neighborhood and its crazy how much the price has increased in 5 weeks (more than $10K here). Glad the SR was being truthful about prices increasing throughout Spring.
ReplyDeleteThe spring/summer is always popular. The prices should go up and incentives down during this time period.
DeleteLooks Great!
ReplyDeleteWe drove through the neighborhood today and your place looks GREAT! It's hard to believe they are almost done considering the last time we saw you guys you only had a concrete slab (we were looking at the lot across the street and you guys were out taking pictures). it doesn't seem like it was that long ago! :)
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks!! It does go by very quickly! We are ready to move in and get settled.
DeleteOh Vonne how freaking adorable!!!
