I received my letter today. We are scheduled for pre-settlement on April 18th and closing April 23rd. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. So close, yet so far away :-)! Lord willing, things will go smoothly.
Congratulations!! My husband just got a phone call from the NVR loan officer and we are approved!! We are halfway there right behind you! I cannot wait to see your finished home!!
So wonderful. I can't wait to be nearing the end as you are to closing. Good luck with everything from closing to the moving in. We are about month away from breaking ground. We had to wait for the streets to go in. So when we are done it will have been about an 8th month process. My hair may turn grey by the end, lol.
