LOCKED

Yesterday was so busy, I forgot to mention that I locked in my rate at 3.25% with a .25 credit! The credit COULD have been higher if I waited to lock 30 days out but I didn't want to take any chances. The market is on the up swing and folks are buying left and right. I would rather be safe than sorry. I've never been a gambler so why start now! I will be kicking myself in a few weeks if the credit is higher ....thinking shoulda, coulda, woulda ....but didn't!

      I'm trying BUT the credit could be more. If I didn't know that then I wouldn't miss it. I wish they didn't give you so much information. Decisions, Decisions!!

    OMG that is a better rate than i got last November!!! WE got 3.25% with points, I never thought it would have stayed that LOW for so long, I am so jealous, we had to pay some big money to have 3.25%..Did you use NVR?
